We believe quality and convenience are important, which is why we have a specificic onboarding proces for our Software as a Service (SaaS). In 4 steps we get from discussing your organisation and wishes to realization.

1. Discussion & analysis
We will discuss the working method of your organization together with you. What types of appointments are there? Who is involved? What are their wishes? During the demo, we show the possibilities and features that apply to your situation. We will show how simple and intuitive T:MEBLOCKR is and how we can help you.

2. Implementation
We install T:MEBLOCKR according to your wishes on our SaaS environment. We will then jointly prepare the necessary (technical) data such as products and agendas, which we also configure for you. It’s that easy and really saves you time.

3. Going live
Our Customer Success project manager discusses whether everything is ready to go live. Finetuning will be done at this point. Then you will receive a kick-off training on the use of T:MEBLOCKR and you will learn how to easily make adjustments yourself. This ensures a smooth start with you in control!

4. Service & support
Do you have any other questions? Then you can use our knowledge base with plenty of documentation. If you cannot find a solution, there is always someone from our Service Desk team to provide more guidance. Our experts provide professional advise in Dutch and English.
